DIY: Eye Mask

It's back to school season, which means less sleep for everyone. Here a DIY that will soothes down the puffy eyes, or brighten the under eyes too.

To make the eye mask, you will need:
A Cucumber
500 ml of water
A Bowl
Cotton Pads
Zip lock bag
Scissors (Optional)
Blender
Slices of Lemon (Optional)

First, put your cucumber and water into the blender, and blend. Keep blending until you get a watery consistency (may need to add more water depending on the size of the cucumber). Pour the mixture into the bowl. This is optional, get a cotton pad and cut it, so it will fit the under eye area. Another optional step, squeeze some lemon juice as lemon has some brighten properties. Soak the pads into the mixture. Once the pads are soaked, squeeze the excess juice. Take the pads and lay them inside the zip lock bag and keep them in the freezer. Now, you have a some pre-made eye masks that can be used in the morning or when you been staring at the computer screen for too long.

*Before use, take out the amount of pads needed and let them sit for at least 5 minutes. Leave them on the eyes for 3-5 minutes, and pat residue into the skin.*
