Barry M Sunset Collection

The Barry M Sunset Collection was release during the summer (I think), and the concept was to mimic salon gel nails without the UV lamps. This is the description Barry M gave on their website:
"Barry M’s new Sunset Daylight Curing Nail Paint and Topcoat deliver the look and resilience of pro salon gel nails without a UV lamp or the expense! All you need is a Sunset colour and the Sunset Topcoat – no need for a basecoat as the special formulation bonds to the nail like a gel in daylight but can still be removed with a regular remover. Hi shine, long lasting gel nails have never been so easy!"
I brought both the top coat and the colour 'out of my red'. The top coat is specially to be only be used with only the colours from the range (same was said on the colours). I don't know, maybe the top coat has a different effect if used with regular nail polishes. The consistency of the actual colour was great! I love the thick-rounded brush. The colours didn't apply unevenly, and two layers gave full opaqueness. I think out of all the range of colours, I would pick up the peachy and the nude colour as well. You know a nail polish is great, if it dries quickly, doesn't go uneven and if the nude in the range can be easily applied without packing on the layers. Overall, I love this collection and would recommend this to anyone. This retails for £4.99. This will last a long time and gives the nails a 'high quality' look without the price.
