'Sanctuary 5 Minute Thermal Detox Mask' was recommended by Lily Pebbles, Amelia Liana and Viviannadoesmakeup in their video/blogpost.
I first did a review on this after trying it out for nearly 3 weeks. After using it for 3 months, this mask is a NO for me! I always get a bump when I'm using this! I feel like the mask only does half the job it supposed to do!
If this is hard to understand, imagine your face has 4 layers of skin. Now all the impurities are on bottom layer, which is the 4th layer. After applying the mask, the masks slowly lift the impurities to a new layer of skin. After lifting it to the new layer it stops lifting. So naturally, the impurities is on the 3rd level. Since the impurities is one layer closer to the 1st level, a bump will develop, as more impurities will build onto the 3rd layer. I don't know how to explain the thoughts on how this masks work any clearer, but this is my theory on how it works.
I personally will not recommend this for oily/combination skin types and acne prone skin!
