The Evening Pamper Routine
The leaves are changing colours, the weather is becoming cooler, and I cannot get enough of the warm fuzzy things! This post will hopefully help you unwind and relax, because you deserve to give yourself a treat! This usually happens on a Friday night, but it can be done during anytime of the week.
The first thing I usually do is yoga. This helps relax my muscles, and I would do this for 5-10 minutes. Doing yoga or stretches will help relieve any muscle tensions that was built up during the week. Next, I would have a shower. If you have a bath (lucky!), I would recommend a lush bath melt or a bath oil that can help you relax and unwind. During my shower, I would wash my body, hair and cleanse my face. After I cleanse, I would pop on a face mask, and while that is working, I will scrub my body. Once everything is washed off and I'm squeaky clean, I will move onto my bedroom, where I would continue the 2nd half of my evening routine.
Out of the shower, I do my (attempted) 10 step Korean skin care routine. Some of the steps would have been completed during the bathroom session. After doing my skincare, I would move onto drying my hair. I section my hair into 3, and apply some hair oil from the mid lengths to the ends. Once my hair is nice and dry, I move on to do my nails and watch some YouTube. I might read a book after my nails have dried, if not, then I will try to go to bed. There is my pamper routine completed!
