Pamper Routine 2016

Is it me? Or do I see more people would woolly hats? huge scarves? My, my... The weather definitely took a spin on things...Yes people! It's cold outside and I am piratically freezing each time there's a gush of wind, and my nose feels like it's gonna fall off! Having said all of that, who wouldn't want a nice, long, hot bath... Relaxing... Washing all of that stress away... Such bliss isn't it? I will be showing you guys my full-on pamper routine.

Start running your bath. Have the water at your preferred temperature, but not too hot! Or you will have sweaty-upper-tush once you're in it! To increase your relaxation, add some little magic. Lush is great place to look for some fun! But if you can afford something more luxurious, try the Bath creme from Laura Mercier or some bath oils from Aromatherapy. I personally just put whatever floats my boat in that moment. The Radox bath soaks are surprisingly effective, especially the Muscle soak (I'll tell you why in another post). While the bath is running with all the goodies in there, I apply a thin layer of the new L'oreal clay mask which everyone is raving about! I finally cave into buying it as my Soap&Glory's unclogged pores mask was losing it's effectiveness (which I personally think so).

Now into the bathtub I go! If I am not washing my hair, I'll have my laptop in there. But I do not recommend this, as I get a heart attack too often thinking of my laptop falling into the tub and dying. If I wash my hair, I'll do usually do my normal shampoo and conditioner routine. Once I get to the conditioning stage, I wash the face mask off and condition my hair. My skin is now softer after sitting in the bath for 15 minutes, therefore easier to remove. And to assist my exfoliation routine, I have the help of a Korean scrubbing mitt and a back-cloth-towel.Whilst the conditioner is working it's magic, I'll exfoliate myself by using the Soap&Glory's Breakfast scrub. This just smells yummy!   My skin feels raw after using everything, but I can assure you, I feel like a baby's butt. After exfoliating myself, I wash out the conditioner and unplug my bath tub, wash everything off, soap myself with some soap (obviously), wash it off again, wash my face with a cleanser, get out of the  bath and dry myself with a towel - And that completes my pamper routine!

If you want to know more about my hair care routine (which I do after my pamper routine) let me know! And for this Thursday, I'll be posting something that hopefully gives you guys some motivation for the New Years and onward!

So, see you guys soon!

Bye ♥
