Spring Cleaning - Creating Space


Ahhh... As promised, another lifestyle blog just dedicated to organising our life for the healthier lifestyle. This time round I'll be helping with just the general tidying up.

Just like my previous blog post on spring cleaning our wardrobe, I'm going to show you some simple ways of making more space available and making the room feeling more spacious and airy.

1) Have plenty of bin bags ready to put in all the trash!

2) Go through all your furniture - I know, I know, it's a big task, but hey, we're all in this together.
I bet in all those draws, you'll find something that you didn't know was there.

3) Did you ever missed this item? Have you ever thought of this item in the last 3 months? and have you ever used it in the last 3 months? If not... Bin.

4) Does this bring me joy? - I know sometimes that some things share an important memory to the item, then think, does this bring me joy? I especially love to keep books, but I know they had to go, as they were taking up so much space, so I threw all the books that I already read or I gave them to my friends.

Once everything that is not needed is thrown out. All the items that you are keeping are back and place to where you want them to be, you'll realised how much better you feel and how much more space you have.
This will be a much healthier lifestyle, as living with less is much better.
