I guess I have been lurking near Boots and Superdrug again (sorry not sorry!). Besides me sharing what I picked from different places, I will also be sharing on how I save some extra pennies.
Boots
The first place I visited online, and as always there was a 3 for 2. I picked up one more of the L'oreal's False Lash Sculpt Mascara for my mum. Even though this is a new product for the both of us, I have high expectations as eveybody raves about it. This next one is a repurchased, and it is L'oreal's Miss Hippie. I am torn between the original Miss Manga and this one. However, the wand is not bendy compared to the original, therefore easier to use! Next up is L'oreal's Super Liner Perfect Slim. I repurchased this as I remembered it being more flexible than my current liner. The last product I bought was Seventeen's Wet Look Lacquer Liner - even though pens are easier to use.
Superdrug
As I said before, I love those 3 for 2 offer... But, this is no ordinary offer... You can mix and match with different brands! And to save those extra pennies - start squinting. My first item is the newly launched and hyped up mascara, L'oreal's Miss Baby Roll. I still don't understand why they didn't named it Baby Doll - sounds better doesn't it? Anyhow, I have high hopes as I love the other two mascaras from the range. Another hyped up product is L'oreal's True match foundation. It has been super hard to find a 'true match', but I'll be giving it a go. The last hyped up product is Maybelline's Eraser Eye concealer, and people have been raving about this for years; so I will be giving it a go. Time to squint! If you look closely enough on the display, you will find that some products will have a couple of extra pounds off - L'oreal's Brow Artist Pencil being one of them. I literally squinted to find those deals, but the straining was worth it. I also picked up another pencil, so I bought two in total on separate occasions. I also picked the MUA tinted brow mascara. This. Is. Pigmented! Take the excess off before applying it; but besides that, the colour is just right. I did not know this product existed, and it is Rimmel's Insta Fix and Go setting spray. Hopefully this helps me with the cakey face. And my second to last item, and my first purchased from Lottie London was their Liquid Lipstick. The last product is Barry M's Sunset Daylight Nail Paint in 'Do You Pink I'm Sexy?'. I already have a bright red from the range which I love - colour and formula, so I decided to get this shade too.
Feel Unique
The last couple of items I bought was the Real Technique's Pink Sponge and their Setting brush. My Orange Sponge is from RT is completely dead, but I opted for the pink instead. I also usually use a sponge to apply my Colourpop highlighter, but I got the setting brush in hopes it will work with the unique consistency. I also bought some samples, which will be explain in a later post. And last to this huge haul is the Ecotool's eyeshadow brushes set. I have never tried anything from Ecotool, but I heard great things; plus this was also 20% off. So compare the prices before buying to save those extra pennies!
So, that is everything I have bought and curated over the last few weeks. I hope you enjoyed learning the tips and tricks, there will be more in the future! And as you can see from last week's post (click here!), I'll be posting reviews on different products I've been trying out like I did in the past. It will take some take as I have other posts already planned, but I will do it. I hope you look forward to all my upcoming posts. I'll see you soon for my seasonal favourites post next week.
