Back To School 2014: 5 Steps Makeup Routine

Since it's back to school month, I'm going to start a 'Back To School Series!' and I'm going to show you my basic makeup routine. This look is easy to create and doesn't require much time or effort...

1)Cover them dark circle!
In general we people want to cover our dark circle, as it's not flattering and it shows that we had lack of sleep. I've been using the 'Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer(£22)' and it is very good for covering up those dark circle, as it brighten the under eye area.

2)Powder
Set the concealer or any other base. I would recommend a translucent/transparent powder instead, so you don't have to bothered finding the right shade. I use the 'Rimmel Stay Matte Powder(£3.99)'

3)Eyeliner
To be honest, you don't need eyeliner, but if your school isn't strict on makeup and you're allow the 'cat eye look', I recommand 'Maybelline Lasting Drama Gel Liner (£8.99)'. If you want something for the tight line and water line, use the 'Rimmel Scandal Eyes Waterproof Kohl Eyeliner (£3.99)'

4)Mascara
I'm been using 'Maybelline Hypercurl Volume Express Waterproof (159baht)'. Even though it says 'Volume', it's a more of lengthening mascara, which I prefer. It give the eyes a softer look, because its not as voluminous as it suggested.

5)Lips
Now I prefer the the pinks when it comes to everyday and I have 2 suggestions depending on the type of person you are and a lip balm if you prefer not to wear colour
  • Lip butter - Revlon Colour Burst in Macaroon (£7.99)
  • Lip Gloss - Tanya Burr in Aurora (£6.99)
  • Lip Balm - The Body Shop Aloe Lip Care (£5.00)
