My First Feel Unique Haul + The Experience

Never would I have thought to order something on FEELUNIQUE, but here we are! I'm just going to talk about my experience, plus show you the few bits I've picked up. If you remember what I said in previous blog posts...then you'll know...this is not the last of the hauls (insert the wink emoji).

What triggered this whole haul was the fact I needed to find a new way to clean my brushes, and I was completely stuck on how to clean my Real Technique's sponge . I was not happy with the conditioner method or the dishwasher soap+ olive oil combo, so I opted for the Dr. Bonner Soap. I heard that it can be used for many things (according to the bottle it’s an 18-in-1 soap), and that it’s much safer to use as it is more natural. I decided to go for the Almond scent… it smells like my Grandma’s famous cake. I already made a mental note to pick up the Peppermint scent once I empty this one. The soap itself is great. It cleaned my makeup brushes with hardly any effort. I highly recommend if you’re looking for something less harsh and natural to use. (P.S. I sometimes mix this in my bath).

The next item that was added into my basket was the Aromatherapy Associates Bath oil (Christmas edition). They have so many different types of oils, you can practically tailor it on how you’re feeling by using the one that suits you at the time. But since a bottle of this stuff can break my bank account, I saw this cute tiny version that came out for the festive period in the sales. I couldn’t miss the opportunity! Plus, I will be trying something new and see if it was worth the hype without actually milking my bank account.

An item that I have been avoiding buying for the last few months has been the NARS Sharpener. That thing cost £6! I have heard many youtubers talking about how the Nars Lip Pencils could only fit into the NARS Sharpener. Since I owned a Nars Lip Pencil myself, I needed one. Still… I did not bit the bullet and ordered it. I got the NYX’s Sharpener instead. The thing cost £3.50, which is still expensive for what it is, but it’s better than the £6. And guess what! The Nars Lip Pencils fits… Leaving me saving £2.50, so I can buy myself some Cadbury’s chocolates instead. (Insert the happy dance).

And the last item I clicked into my basket was a mini COLAB’s dry shampoo in the Monaco scent. This is a repurchased, but in a new scent. I tried COLAB a couple of years ago, but completely forgotten about it until I started using the TRESEMME dry shampoo. Let me tell you… The white cast that the TRESEMME dry shampoo gave me was out of this world. Maybe I got a dodgy one, who knows? But the COLAB dry shampoo has worked out for me then, and it's still amazing now! Plus, the Monaco scent is absolutely delicious and I need to repurchase this in the full size!.

The last thing I will be talking about is the whole experience. This will be short and simple. The overall transaction of ordering and receiving the parcel was stress free. It came on time, and I received everything I ordered. What did surprise me was how cute the packaging was! On the inside of the lid it said ‘Thank You’, and when you remove all the items out of the box it said ‘Enjoy’. I thought that was definitely sweet to add in as it made my day. I do have to say that Colourpop Cosmetic also add some sweetness into their packaging, but I think its wayyyy too late to blog about it as I received it wayyyy before Christmas. And the last thing I want to mention is that you can save some money on brand such as Benefit or BareMinerals, as Feel Unique sometimes do 10% or 20% discounts on some of products of the higher priced brands.

So, that is it for my haul! Comment down below if you had tried any of these products, and if you would consider visiting Feel Unique as they have some amazing deals on there. And comment down below if you want to see a blog post on Colourpop Cosmetic!

I’ll see you on Monday for a BOOKCLUB post. You can check out previous BOOKCLUB content here! and I hoped you enjoy today's content,
