My Mid-Summer H&M and ZARA Haul (RE-UPLOADED)

There are so many great things about summer, and one of those things for me is the summer sale. Even though it is the sale, I still make a conscious decision to buy things I know I would wear all the time. So, lets get into a haul.

After walking into a HM sale, my friend was hunting for a new hoodie. I recommend the men’s section as it was a cheaper (I don't know why)...  She ended up buying a light green coloured hoodie which inspired me as I would have never considered green. She ended up using the hoodie in the cinema, while I was shivering due the air-con. Long story short, I ended up with the deep khaki/green hoodie.

Since the sale was on, I finally bought myself a faux leather skirt. I’ve been looking for the perfect one since  last autumn. Previous to that, all the skirt I tried clung onto my hips. I finally found a skater style that's did look kinda good on - if I do say so myself.

A basic item I got myself is a grey frill-ish sleeves t-shirt. I just wanted an amped up version of a plain grey top that I can always wear. And people say I always play on the safe side – eh?

And the last and most recent items I got from HM are some playsuits. I LOVE my floral one, but it's always in the wash, which mean I can't wear it for a few days. To rectify that, I got myself  two new ones, but in the same style. The first one is royal blue, and the second one is obviously black. I wasn't a fan of playsuits before, but these are so comfortable! (I got these later from the rest of the haul).

Moving onto ZARA. As always, it was absolute chaos! Within the chaos I managed to find two T-shirts. Unfortunately, there was only one L of each of the t-shirts that I wanted. I made a mental note of it, and decided to buy it later. Fortunately when I went back, it was still there! However, I tried both the M and the L, and found out I was a size M! I bought both the star print shirt and pink slogan tee.

And the last item from ZARA, and for the entire haul was a pair of sunglasses. These I picked up as I was waiting in line to pay for my T-shirts. Fortunately for me, the shape was perfect! Unfortunately, not for my bank account. I am very happy to find this while I was waiting in line as I feel like I have a weird face shape, but these seems to fit.

Sorry for the ramble, but I wanted to share my reasons for buying these items. Come back next week for the awaited BOOKCLUB review on A Court of Wings and Ruins by Sarah J. Maas! If you decide to read it the book, I am sure you won’t be disappointed!

*Note: I cannot find images/links of the clothes I bought, so I did my best to describe them.

I’ll see you next week,
Bye
