When it comes to buying a nail polish, I like to buy them at a cheap price, however Essie nail polish stands at £7.99, which I think is a little bit overpriced. When looking around the Essie stand, I was completely ignoring the price tag, as I wanted to review one of the most hyped up nail polish brand out there.
I chose the duo 'Strawberry and Cream' as this was a duo dedicated to the 'Wimbledon Tennis' at the time and as well I was looking for a white and red. I haven't tried the red in the duo which is called 'too too hot', but 'blanc' really lived up to my expectations. Formula wise, this lasted up til 6 days. Personally I got bored of the colour and took it off, but I think it could last for a week and a bit.
However, the colour took 3 coats, which I personally annoys me, and since blanc is a white, it doesn't stay white for a long time, especially if you put makeup everyday. The last thing that puts me off, is the fact I wore this twice, but already I say that I used quite a lot of the polish. Overall, I'm pleased of the longevity of the polish and would recommend people trying Essie.
